Adisa Isaac entered the NFL with massive hype, but injuries have derailed his first two seasons. Isaac missed extended time last year, and he was expected to be out until midseason after he had elbow surgery. Isaac suffered a dislocated elbow in the Ravens' 31-13 preseason win in Dallas Saturday night.
Isaac is a 6-foot-4, 247-pound outside linebacker who plays violently and has excellent speed off the edge, but he'll be out even longer after having an injury setback.
Isaac's injury secured David Ojabo's path to the 53-man roster this summer. After trading away Odafe Oweh, the Ravens have Kyle Van Noy, Tavius Robinson, Dre'Mont Jones, and rookie Mike Green on the depth chart. Last season, Isaac saw action in four games and played 32 defensive snaps, as his NFL debut was delayed by a hamstring issue, which sidelined him for the Ravens' first two games.
