It has started up front for the Iowa Hawkeyes all year, and that has only continued down the stretch run of the regular season. The offensive line has been the catalyst for the Iowa Hawkeyes' offense, and in Week 13, that was the same story.

The group, which is led by veterans in nearly all positions, saw one of the younger talents take the spotlight this week with his performance. The best offensive line performance for the Iowa Hawkeyes' offensive line, and in all of college football, came from sophomore Trevor Lauck.

Lauck graded out as the top offensive lineman in the country during Week 13, per Pro Football Focus.

Trevor Lauck, the 6-foot-5 mountain of an offensive lineman, is in his third season with the Iowa program and is taking leaps and bounds forward this year in his first action as a starter.

A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, and product of Roncalli High School, Trevor Lauck was a four-star recruit rated as the No. 5 player in Indiana, the No. 29 offensive tackle, and the No. 438 player overall in the class of 2023, per 247Sports.

He joined Iowa over offers from Michigan State, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio State, Tennessee, and others.
