Following the move to part ways with Jonathan Smith, a lot of moving parts are starting to take their form within the Spartans 2026 recruiting class. While some are making the decision to reopen their options, others are reaffirming their commitments.
Another Spartan commit made his reaffirmation to Michigan State, and his intentions to sign with the Spartans. That commit is Eliyjah Caldwell-Hardy.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementCaldwell-Hardy is a native of Jacksonville (FL), attending Global Impact Ministries Academy. He is an 88-rated player as a 6-foot, 185 pound safety, ranking as the No. 65 safety, according to 247Sports.
Caldwell-Hardy has been committed to Michigan State since early June. He elected to become a Spartan over notable offers from UCLA, Tulane, Navy, Florida Atlantic and Middle Tennessee State.
