Miami Heat rookie Kasparas Jakučionis neared a double-double Saturday on assignment in the G League to help the Sioux Falls Skyforce defeat the Grand Rapids Gold.
Jakučionis produced 25 points, nine rebounds, six assists and four steals in the 140-130 victory at the Sanford Pentagon. He shot 9-of-15 from the field, including 4-of-7 from 3-point range, in 30 minutes as the Skyforce improved to 7-3.

Jakučionis has yet to debut with the Heat after missing the start of the season because of a right groin strain sustained in the preseason. Out of the rotation, he has spent extensive time with the Skyforce in an effort to log consistent playing time against high-level competition.
The 19-year-old is averaging 16.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.8 steals on 32.3% shooting from 3-point range with the Skyforce. He is among 10 first-round picks this year who have played at least one game in the G League.
