Lego offers a generous 35-day returns window – items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund. You should receive your money within seven working days from when the customer service team receives your items, with email confirmation to follow.
Delivery policy
All orders of more than £50 qualify for free standard delivery, which takes between two to four working days, however, there is a shipping fee of £3.95 for orders of less than £50.
