LAWRENCE — Kansas football is in the midst of its final Big 12 Conference game week of 2025, and that meant the release Tuesday of the first player availability report before Friday’s game against Utah.
The Jayhawks have three players who’ve been ruled out already. Those are running back Justin Thurman, tight end Carson Bruhn and defensive lineman Gage Keys. Thurman and Keys have seen limited action this season, but are both capable of providing depth at their positions when healthy. Bruhn can be relied upon as a starter when healthy.
