It's official: The Los Angeles Rams are the top team in the NFL after 12 weeks.

All 11 of the media sites we pulled from ranked the Rams as the No. 1 team in the NFL heading into Week 13. And for good reason: L.A. leads the NFC and NFC West at 9-2 and looks unbeatable on both sides of the ball with the best point differential in the league.

The team has the odds-on favorite for NFL MVP under center in quarterback Matthew Stafford, and end zone magnet in Davante Adams and a defense that leads the league in fewest points allowed per game at less than 17.

Until someone proves otherwise, the Rams are the team to beat in the NFL.

Here's a roundup of the top 11 power rankings from across the NFL media world heading into Week 13.

USA Today Sports: No. 1

Hate to say we told y'all − except we love to tell you we told y'all. (We also anointed QB Matthew Stafford as the league MVP in Week 7, but who's counting … besides us?) This will be the Rams' fourth straight week in this top spot − largely because there are no weaknesses here … unless Stafford's back tightens up. Heck, these guys haven't trailed since Week 6. A stretch run with four of their final six regular-season games on the road could make things more interesting, though.

ESPN: No. 1

The Athletic: No. 1

It’s not up for debate anymore — the Rams are the best team in the NFL. They’re the only team that ranks in the top five in both offensive and defensive expected points added per play. Matthew Stafford is the league’s top MVP candidate as an impressive Rams season rolls along.

CBS Sports: No. 1

They are clearly the best team in the league right now. They can score with Matthew Stafford, but the defense has also been dominant at times.

Yahoo Sports: No. 1

The Rams left little doubt about their claim to the top spot by destroying the Buccaneers on Sunday night. There are still big challenges left for the Rams, but it’s also very hard to find a weakness on a team that now has the best record in the NFC.

FOX Sports: No. 1

That’s six straight wins now for Sean McVay’s team. Their only losses were in Philadelphia and to the 49ers in overtime. They may hold this top spot for a while.

The Sporting News: No. 1

The Rams ripped into the Buccaneers with a red-hot Matthew Stafford and their defense early and didn't let up for Sean McVay. They are looking for sure like the most complete team in the NFC peaking at the ideal time to try to match their Super Bowl 56 run.

Sports Illustrated: No. 1

I think there is a difference between teams that have had good stretches when everything goes according to plan and teams that can dominate even when Plan A and Plan B are taken off the table. The Rams are, without question, the most durable, flexible and infallible-looking team in the NFL. This is trend averse, unlike a team like Indianapolis, whose success is subject to being able to dictate terms. The Rams don’t need to dictate anything. They just show up and win.

NFL.com: No. 1

The Rams are big-game hunting now, and they're bringing home a lot of trophy wins. Sunday night's blowout of Tampa Bay marked Los Angeles' sixth straight victory -- with five coming by 14-plus points. Making it more impressive, this was the Rams' fifth win of the season allowing 10 points or fewer. Matthew Stafford entered the game as the MVP favorite and only improved his chances of taking home the hardware, completing 25 of 35 passes for 273 yards and three touchdowns. That's now 27 straight touchdown passes without an interception, which is just an incredible run. With L.A. now playing complementary, three-phase football -- did you see Sean McVay's smile when Harrison Mevis hit a 52-yard field goal? -- this team looks awfully tough.

Bleacher Report: No. 1

The Los Angeles Rams remain atop our power rankings, which should surprise no one. A week after cutting it close against the rival Seahawks, they ran roughshod over a playoff-caliber (when healthy) Buccaneers team.

Everything in L.A. appears to be clicking, both offensively and defensively. Matthew Stafford is playing arguably the best football of his career, and unless that changes, the Rams will have a chance to win every single game they're in.

That could well include Super Bowl LX.

The Ringer: No. 1

Champions make quick work of inferior teams and make the plays that pretenders can’t. The Rams dispatched the Buccaneers so quickly and easily on Sunday night that they cemented my opinion of Los Angeles and changed my opinion of Tampa Bay.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford is the MVP front-runner right now, and the distance between him and the rest of the field grows as his impressive streak of games without interceptions continues. The team’s defensive backs are getting better by the week, too, and I’m increasingly convinced that this team will be a totally unstoppable force by the postseason.
