Nov. 25—Kamry Lehnhoff

Junior outside hitter

Adrian/Ellsworth

Over the past couple of years, Lehnhoff has been one of the biggest standouts in the area. The junior outside hitter was an athletic force everywhere on the floor, whether it was her big swing in the front row or her ability in the back row to keep rallies alive. She totaled 245 kills and 280 digs this season, contributing greatly to a 17-9 record for the Dragons. Lehnhoff was named All-Red Rock Conference each of the last two years and has 408 kills and 434 digs so far in her varsity career.

Reese Vande Griend

Senior middle blocker

Edgerton

A rare middle blocker who can also play all the way around the court, Vande Griend showed her versatility all season for the Flying Dutchmen. Despite playing only 81 sets, she still ranked highly in the state in multiple stat categories. One of the top blockers in the state, Vande Griend ranked 12th among Class A players with 71 total, including 49 solo, and 31st overall in the state. She also finished her senior year with 276 kills, 27 aces, 178 digs and an 87% serve rate. Her Edgerton career ended with over 800 kills and 200 blocks.

Bailey Finck

Senior setter

Making her second consecutive appearance on the all-area team, Finck improved from an already-impressive junior year with a senior campaign that saw her be named Class AA All-State by the Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association. The setter finished her senior year with 63 aces at a near-90% rate, 26 blocks, 266 digs, 943 set assists and 45 digs as she helped the Huskies to a 20-11 record and the Section 3AA championship game. Her JCC career ended with nearly 2,000 set assists and 700 digs, along with 105 kills and 78 blocks.

Carlie Ross

Westbrook-Walnut Grove

Another two-time All-Area member, Ross also improved with a stellar senior season after the graduation of former All-State hitter Natalie Wahl. Despite losing their best player, the Chargers continued to be a force in Section 3A, largely because of Ross' ferocious hitting and versatile all-around play. She totaled 286 kills, 330 digs, 22 blocks and 32 aces at nearly a 91% rate from the service line. After helping WWG to a 23-4-1 record and the South Sub-Section 3A title, Ross led the Chargers to another 20-plus win season in her final year.

Hadley Jenniges

Junior setter

For the second-straight season, two players from Westbrook-Walnut Grove made the All-Area first team. Joining teammate Carlie Ross, Jenniges set for Ross all year and played a big role toward her All-Area nod. The junior setter played all 82 sets for WWG and passed for 657 assists. She also totaled 247 digs, 30 blocks, 124 kills and 45 aces with a serve rate of nearly 88%. Jenniges, who made her first All-Red Rock Conference team this year, paved the way to a 21-11 record and a Sub-Section championship game appearance for the Chargers.

Addison Colbert

Senior outside hitter

Windom Area

Colbert's first-ever appearance on any All-Area team is on the first team. She was a versatile threat for the Eagles all season long as she played all around in all 30 matches. A varsity member for the past three seasons, Colbert saved her best year for last with 259 kills, 290 digs and 38 aces at a 98% serve percentage. She was one of the biggest reasons behind the Eagles' 18-11 record and the top seed in South Sub-Section 3AA. Her Windom career ended with 523 kills, 579 digs and 109 service aces.
