Connells Group has acquired Denny & Salmond, an estate and letting agent in Malvern, Worcestershire, as part of its ongoing expansion in local markets.
The acquisition increases Connells Group’s presence in Malvern and the surrounding area, adding a business with an established local profile and an active sales and lettings pipeline.
Denny & Salmond will continue operating under its existing brand, with all four staff retained. The agency’s directors, Helen Denny and Luise Salmond, have sold the business as part of a planned retirement.

It presents a fantastic opportunity for us to strengthen our presence in the local market, while supporting our longer‑term growth plans.
