“Obviously it’s frustrating… but I have faith in Arthur [Smith] and understanding his thoughts on the gameplan… just gotta understand my role, hopefully it changes going forward… but at the end of the day I just have to go out there and do what’s asked of me,” said Freiermuth.
This season, Freiermuth has just 26 catches for 298 yards and four touchdowns. While his yards and touchdowns are up to par with previous seasons, his 26 receptions put him on pace for a significant career low.
