The Carolina Panthers promoted two players ahead of their matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night.
As announced a little less than four hours before kickoff, the team has brought up linebacker Krys Barnes and running back DeeJay Dallas from their practice squad. Both are standard elevations.

Given that this is the third elevation for Barnes, the Panthers would have to sign the sixth-year veteran to the active roster for him to appear in another game this season.
Dallas has also played in two outings for Carolina thus far. He's recorded just one carry for zero yards and has returned six kickoffs for a total of 141 yards (23.5 yards per attempt).
