The Alabama Crimson Tide are back in the SEC Championship Game. For the fifth time overall since 2012, Alabama (10-2 overall, 7-1 SEC) will take on the Georgia Bulldogs (11-1, 7-1) in Atlanta. The winner will officially secure a spot in the College Football Playoff.
Alabama is ranked No. 10 in the US LBM Coaches Poll and in the most recent CFP rankings; Georgia is ranked No. 3 in the top 25 polls and No. 4 in the CFP. The new rankings will be unveiled Tuesday beginning at 6 p.m. CT.

Kalen DeBoer made the gutsiest call of his tenure at Alabama with his decision to go for it on fourth-and-2 from the Auburn 6-yard line with less than four minutes to play.
Ty Simpson threw a perfect strike to Isaiah Horton for the duo's third touchdown of the night, and safety Bray Hubbard forced a Cam Coleman fumble deep in Alabama territory with 33 seconds to play. The Crimson Tide escaped with their third straight win at Jordan-Hare, and their sixth win in a row in the Iron Bowl.
Georgia defeated Georgia Tech, 16-9, in Week 14 and will be playing its second straight game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium when they face Alabama. Gunner Stockton was held to 70 yards passing in the win over Georgia Tech, but he hit receiver Zachariah Branch in the second quarter for the game's only touchdown.
