UNC basketball moves up in USA TODAY Sports Coaches poll again

The North Carolina Tar Heels played just one game last week, taking care of Navy despite a sloppy finish at the end in the Dean Dome.

UNC improved to 5-0 on the year as they head into a holiday week with two games on the schedule. The Tar Heels will play St. Bonaventure on Tuesday in Fort Myers before facing off against a ranked Michigan State team on Thanksgiving Day.

With the 5-0 record, the Tar Heels have moved up two more spots in the latest USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll that was released on Monday afternoon. UNC is now up two spots in the poll from No. 19 to No. 17.

The new poll also sets up a big ranked match-up with Michigan State as they climbed six spots from No. 18 to No. 12 in the poll.
