We asked for your views on Celtic's 2-1 away victory over Hibs yesterday.

Here's what you had to say:

Peter: Another 3 points closer to retaining our title. Excellent for last 20 minutes of first half and workman like for rest of game. Martin O'Neill has added something but the big question is can we keep going under another manager?

Jim: Started slowly and grew into the game controlled the first half with two fine goals but we lost our way in the second half and allowed Hibs to get a foothold and we lost our composure. But overall a win is a win.

Christine: Definitely want O'Neill till end of season. He clearly knows how to get the best out of this team, he knows & loves the club & knows how to deal with the current Board.

George: We have certainly improved under Martin. We are still nowhere near where we want to be but the work ethic and commitment is there. We just need a bit more confidence and belief and I think we can start dominating games again.

John: A game of two halves where the physical exertions of Thursday night were on show for all to see but we are a difficult team to beat now. My own opinion is it was not a penalty but I knew it would be given as one. Not sure if Nancy is bringing an assistant with him but for me Shaun Maloney is the ideal candidate.

Paul: I think Martin O'Neil should stay on for the season. The manager coming in has no experience of coaching outside of the States and certainly no experience of Scottish football.

Aidan: Martin O' Neill should stay at the very earliest until after the League Cup Final. He deserves the accolade of leading them out. He has come in during very difficult circumstances and done a fantastic job. They look much more like the Celtic of a year ago. To see him back at Celtic is a dream.

Paul: Fairly respectable performance for the first half, second half no surprise to see the home team make a game of it, and appreciate Thursday may have caught up with them. Hopefully, the new manager doesn't take long to assess what is needed and gets the funds they need to strengthen several positions.
