Thanksgiving week has concluded, and the stage is set for the 2025-26 Big Ten basketball conference season to begin.
Purdue enters the conference slate as both the conference and the nation's No. 1 overall team. Behind the current national title favorite, Michigan, Michigan State, Illinois and Wisconsin are all jockeying for position.

While several weeks of nonconference action still remains until the full conference schedule tips off in January, the week should give a further look at how the conference stacks up.
