The No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs (11-1, 7-1 in SEC) are dancing into the College Football Playoff after a 16-9 win against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The game featured several stalled-out drives, interceptions, punts, and sacks, but the Bulldogs are still dominating the Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate, keeping a nine-year (eight-game) winning streak alive.

Gunner Stockton had a historically bad day, with just 70 passing yards, a touchdown and an interception. The running game was solid with Nate Frazier gaining 108 yards on just 16 carries. The offensive line was hit with an injury to Drew Bobo, and it's unknown whether he'll be able to play against the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC championship.

Georgia solidifies a playoff spot, but with Texas A&M losing against Texas, the Bulldogs clinched a spot in the SEC championship for the fifth year in a row. They will now play the Alabama Crimson Tide, who are also 7-1 in the SEC. If Georgia wins this game, they could potentially get a first round bye and the No. 2 seed in the playoff depending on where the committee ranks the two teams in the Big Ten championship (Indiana, Ohio State)
