Arguably the biggest domino in the college football coaching carousel fell on Sunday as Lane Kiffin announced that he was leaving Ole Miss after six years to take over the head coaching position at LSU.
For weeks, Florida, LSU, and Ole Miss fans were left in limbo waiting for Kiffin to make his decision.

Below are the latest 2026 and 2027 prospects to decommit from Ole Miss following Kiffin's decision.
Corey Barber: 4-star WR, class of 2026
Barber took an official visit to Oxford on April 25 and committed to the Rebels a few weeks later on May 9. He was the second-highest-ranked recruit in the class but announced his decommitment about an hour and a half following Kiffin's announcement.
Trae Collins: 3-star safety, class of 2026
An in-state prospect from Ridgeland in Hazlehurst, Collins had been committed to the Rebels since May 11. He was the first Rebel to decommit on Sunday, actually announcing his decision 30 minutes before Kiffin's news became official.
