A surprising performance at the box office left everyone in awe, and now the movie Regretting You will reach a whole new audience as it’s finally able to buy digitally on November 25.

The adaptation of best-selling author Colleen Hoover’s novel, Regretting You, will be arriving to buy digitally on November 25. Directed by Josh Boone, the movie performed better than initially predicted at the box office and grossed $87 million worldwide at the box office against a budget of $30 million.

Regretting You had an impressive cast, including Mckenna Grace, Mason Thames, Allison Williams, Dave Franco, Willa Fitzgerald, and Scott Eastwood.

"From #1 bestselling author Colleen Hoover comes a story that captures the magic of young love and will leave you feeling everything. When Clara’s (Grace) world turns upside down, the last thing she expects is love, but then Miller (Thames) changes everything.

With his quiet strength and steady warmth, he helps her rediscover joy in the middle of the chaos. A tender tale of first love, second chances, and the kind of connection that makes everything brighter."

Despite the impressive box office numbers, unfortunately, the movie itself was not rated very highly and currently has a 28% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. However, not everyone hated the adaptation, and despite the critics’ low score, the audience score is at a much higher 85%. Some reviews include sentiments like, "it’s so cute and heartwarming," as well as praising Grace’s performance as "magnificent."

Another Hoover adaptation was the controversial movie It Ends With Us, starring Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. The controversy stems from the two main stars currently having a legal battle, which has caused a rift between the cast, including the author herself.

Regardless of the legal drama, the movie was rather successful and grossed over $350 million at the box office with a reasonable 54% Rotten Tomatoes rating.

Thames has been rather successful recently, following his recent appearances in movies such as The Black Phone, Black Phone 2, and How to Train Your Dragon. He will also be appearing in How to Train Your Dragon 2 back as the main character Hiccup and The Shitheads alongside Kiernan Shipka and reuniting with Franco once again.

Grace has also had notable roles since the start of her career, including Gifted, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Ghostbusters: Afterlife. She has several upcoming projects, which include Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, Scream 7, and The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.

Regretting You will be available to buy digitally on November 25.
