PALO ALTO, Calif. — Notre Dame football made it through Thanksgiving week without any last-minute additions to its injury report ahead of Saturday’s late-night kickoff at Stanford.
Tight end Cooper Flanagan (Achilles) observed pregame warmups in sweats and was later ruled out officially for the regular-season finale. Flanagan, who had been listed as questionable on Monday, has seen the field just once this season, playing six snaps against USC on Oct. 18.

Burnette went 5-of-6 on pregame attempts from between 33 and 43 yards, missing from 40 yards. Freshman Erik Schmidt, who has yet to make a field goal in a game situation, missed two of seven pregame attempts between 33 and 43 yards.
Schmidt hit the left upright from 36 and later missed wide right from the same distance.
Ruled out this week were safety Tae Johnson (left hand), defensive tackle Sean Sevillano Jr. (left ankle), offensive guard Billy Schrauth (left knee) and defensive tackle Gabriel Rubio (left elbow).
