The play was incredible enough in real time, but seeing the All-22 angle of Jordan Love's win-clinching fourth down conversion to Dontayvion Wicks on Thanksgiving Day helps illustrate the difficulty of the situation and the impressiveness of the execution from both the quarterback and receiver on the game's deciding play.
Love's 16-yard completion to Wicks on 4th-and-3 from Detroit's 45-yard line allowed the Green Bay Packers to kneel out the rest of the fourth quarter clock and beat the Lions 31-24 at Ford Field.

Right tackle Zach Tom and right guard Anthony Belton both allowed pressure to Love's right side. In response, he floated backwards to the Green Bay 45-yard line to buy time and then threw under intense pressure while fading away and eventually falling to the ground. Both Aidan Hutchinson and Alim McNeil, the Lions' best two rushers, are right in Love's lap with arms up as he's making the throw.
That's what it took to even get a pass off. But to complete the throw? Against tight man coverage?
The throw couldn't have been better. High and outside, allowing Wicks -- and only Wicks -- to have a chance at making the play. It wasn't an easy catch by any means, but the coverage required elite ball placement and Love absolutely delivered.

And because he threw the ball perfectly, Love's receiver had a chance to make the play, and Wicks -- who lost a shoe in the process -- finished it.
Game over.
