On Wednesday, 3-star cornerback Braxton Urquhart announced his commitment to the Wildcats. Urquhart picked Kentucky while holding additional scholarship offers from UTEP, Colorado State, Western Michigan, and Samford, among others.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe 6-2, 198-pound Urquhart is ranked 96th among JUCO recruits and 10th among JUCO cornerbacks at 247 Sports. The Alabama product was a class of 2023 high school prospect who previously played for Hoover High School before enrolling at Butler Community College.
Kentucky now has 14 commitments in the class of 2026. The Cats’ class currently ranks 69th overall at 247 Sports.
