Not seeing TelevisaUnivision's US networks, including Univision, Unimás, TUDN, and Galavisión on your YouTube TV? Well, you can stop hitting the refresh button now. The channels are officially returning to the platform.
Soon after the streaming giant inked a multi-year distribution agreement with Disney, which saw the return of channels like ESPN, ABC, and more, YouTube TV has now renewed its distribution deal with TelevisaUnivision, as confirmed by Deadline (via 9to5Google).

Turn the TV on
Posts By Chethan Rao Nov 15, 2025It's worth noting that channels like Univision, Unimás, and Galavisión landed on YouTube TV all the way back in September 2021. Exactly four years later, in September 2025, the channels disappeared.
YouTube confirmed the disappearance to some in an email, suggesting that the channels were removed because the two companies could not agree to a deal. "We wanted to let you know that we have been working with TelevisaUnivision to reach an agreement that reflects the value of their content. Unfortunately their current demands aren’t supported by their performance on YouTube TV over the last four years, and despite our best efforts, we’ve been unable to reach a deal," said YouTube at the time.
This was on September 30th. Now, almost exactly two months in, the Spanish-language channels are making a comeback. The channels are back on both the standard Base Plan and the Spanish Plus add-on package.
Elsewhere, the two also somewhat expanded their relationship. "In addition to restoring their channels to YouTube TV, this new agreement will offer their streaming service, Vix, to more countries around the world through our Primetime Channels," a YouTube TV spokesperson said in a statement given to Deadline. "We are also excited to partner with TelevisaUnivision to grow their presence across YouTube by bringing more content to YouTube’s global audiences and new bundled offers to the marketplace."
It's worth noting that the channels don't seem to be back just yet, but with the new deal signed, they should go live imminently.
