Getty ImagesLucky Week 13 is here and so is a long Thanksgiving weekend filled with Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday football. That’s a lot of football to gobble up. Add in no bye weeks and this truly is the footballiest of all football holidays. Oh, and we get Joe Burrow back as a Thanksgiving treat.
Week 13 byesNone
QB streamer of the weekTrevor Lawrence, Jaguars at TitansLawrence isn’t very good, but he has been putting up better numbers of late. He’s QB13 on the season and has been QB11 and QB7 the last two weeks. It hasn’t been pretty, but he’s using his legs, which helps a bunch for fantasy and this week he gets a weak Titans defense.
QB injuries/newsJoe Burrow, BengalsBurrow was close to returning last week from his toe injury, but will return this week for their Thanksgiving matchup with the Ravens. Joe Flacco will return to the bench.
J.J. McCarthy, VikingsMcCarthy experience concussion symptoms following their Week 12 game and has been placed in concussion protocol. Backup Max Brosmer would be the likely choice to get the start against Seattle this week if McCarthy can’t be cleared.
Jayden Daniels, CommandersDaniels is probably going to get some practice reps in this week, but initial reports lean toward him sitting out another game due to his shoulder injury. Marcus Mariota will likely get the start against the Broncos on Sunday Night Football.
Baker Mayfield, BuccaneersMayfield suffered a shoulder sprain Sunday night against the Rams. There is a chance he can play this week against the Cardinals, but he is still iffy. If he can get a practice in on Wednesday, it would be a good sign for his availability. If he can’t go, Teddy Bridgewater would take over and be a downgrade for the Bucs’ fantasy options.
Aaron Rodgers, SteelersRodgers broke a bone in his non-throwing hand in Week 11 and was held out in Week 12 against the Bears. He has a shot to play this week against the Bills, but if he can’t, Mason Rudolph would get another start for the Steelers.
C.J. Stroud, TexansStroud suffered a concussion in Week 9 against the Broncos and still hasn’t been able to return. He will again miss this week as he tries to clear concussion protocol. Davis Mills will get the start against Colts.
Jaxson Dart, GiantsDart was forced from the game in Week 10 with a concussion and missed Week 11 and 12. He should have a decent chance to play this week, but if not, Jameis Winston would get his third start in a row.
Dillon Gabriel, BrownsGabriel has cleared concussion protocol, but Shedeur Sanders has been named the starter this week against the 49ers.
