We haven't expected much from the Raiders these days. But even with the bar lowered to subterranean levels, they somehow managed to unearth it.

Ballers

None

This is the second straight week the Raiders have failed to produce a player worthy of making the Ballers.

Honorable mention

DE Charles Snowden -- Had the interception to set up the only score that mattered for the Raiders.

DB Jeremy Chinn -- Had the other takeaway when he chased down Jerry Jeudy way down field to punch the ball out.

Busters

HC Pete Carroll, OC Chip Kelly

The former put together this ragtag bunch. The latter was constantly somewhere between having no idea how to get the most out of them and actively sabotaging their chances of success. For years every time the Raiders offense has struggled, it's been compared to the infamous 'Bed-n-breakfast' offense from 2006. And for the first time, I can honestly say their offense may actually be worse than that. Some of that is personnel, but there's just no way it's personnel alone. And thus Chip Kelly lost his job shortly after the game went final.

C Will Putnam, G Jordan Meredith, T DJ Glaze, T Stone Forsythe, TE Ian Thomas

The only offensive lineman to escape the list this week is Dylan Parham. But he is replaced by TE Ian Thomas for his bit of terrible blocking. And Putnam was terrible enough for both of them.

The first possession was upended by a Putnam holding penalty. The second by a pressure allowed by Meredith that led to a sack. the third Meredith was beaten for a run stuff for no gain. The fourth made it to the Cleveland 27 before Putnam and Meredith both blew their blocks to give up a run stuff for a loss and then Putnam gave up a pressure leading to an incompletion on third down. And the 48-yard field goal was missed to keep the Raiders scoreless.

Later in the second quarter, Thomas gave up a sack when he completely missed the blitzing linebacker. Next possession Glaze gave up a tackle for loss and then a QB hit for an incompletion. And the final possession of the first half Putnam gave up pressure up the middle and Forsythe gave up a strip sack.

The first possession of the third quarter ended when Thomas gave up a sack and then Putnam fell down and Meredith didn't switch up on the stunt to give up a sack on fourth down. The next possession Glaze gave up a QB hit for an incompletion. The next possession ended with Glaze giving up a pressure on an incompletion on fourth down.

Early in the fourth quarter, Forsythe gave up a sack and then was flagged for false start. The Browns would score on the next drive to put the game out of reach. Though, with the way this Raiders offense was playing, the game was pretty much was out of reach by the end of the first quarter, if we're being honest.

QB Geno Smith

Even if you take into consideration that he was under duress a lot in this game, he was still terrible. He missed Tre Tucker wide open so many times in this game. Several of them would have been touchdowns. Overthrowing one of the fastest wide receivers in the NFL is never good. Doing it this much is unacceptable.

Smith overthrew Tucker deep on the first play of the game for the Raiders. Missing a touchdown shot right away. The second possession he missed Tucker again, this time simply off target. He missed Tucker thrice on the same drive in the third quarter. All of them would have been for touchdowns. One he overthrew him deep, another he threw it too late and put too much air under it and it was easily knocked down. and the third he overthrew him in the end zone on fourth down. He hits any of those and it's a 14-10 game.

Geno was sacked a career-high ten times. And several of those sacks were also not on the offensive line. They were his failure to throw the ball to the open man when he was open and instead hold onto the ball too long. Maybe if everything around him wasn't such a mess, he'd be able to better guide this offense. But as it stands, he is not able to make up for any of their flaws and often only compounds them.

CB Darnay Holmes, S Lonnie Johnson jr

The Browns' second touchdown was set up when Holmes gave up a 52-yard catch to the two-yard-line. Their third TD Holmes was a 66-yard catch and run off of a pass into the flat in which Holmes was blocked and Johnson just whiffed on the tackle. I counted three missed tackles by Johnson, the other two went for long first downs. Meanwhile he totaled just one assist. Oh, and he was flagged for illegal formation on kick coverage.
