Interplanetary Conflict Takes a New Course in 'For All Mankind' Season 5
Happy Valley is not only a thriving city in For All Mankind Season 5, but it's also a headache for Earth. Years after the Martians stole Goldilocks, their new home is thriving, but they still need support from their home planet. There is a strong push for Mars to assert its independence from Earth, but the powers that would be damned if their investment disappeared just like that. Meanwhile, the space expedition is far from over as the scientists take on the next challenge: the search for life in the hidden corners of the universe.
Ed (Kinnaman) is one of the few characters from earlier seasons who remain as others take center stage. His grandson Alex (Sean Kaufmann) seems to be following in his grandfather's footsteps as a leader and troublemaker, while Kelly (Cynthy Wu) and Aleida (Coral Peña) lead the next big undertaking of seeking life in the far corners of our solar system. Other main cast members include Toby Kebbell, Edi Gathegi, and Wrenn Schmidt. Mireille Enos, Costa Ronin, Ruby Cruz, and Ines Asserson join the season as series regulars.
