MOBILE, Ala. (GULF COAST CW) — Sheldon Creed claimed his first career victory in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series on Saturday night at EchoPark Speedway in Atlanta.
Two people correctly picked Creed’s No. 00 Chevrolet to win the race, and their names were entered into a drawing for an official NASCAR hat.

What made his victory even sweeter was he narrowly missed victory lane more than a dozen times in four seasons. Creed came in second 15 times in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.
