An update on Bastoni’s situation with the Serie A giants has been provided by reporter Matteo Moretto who has played down talk of a move away.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementMoretto says that Bastoni is currently negotiating a contract extension at Inter which could put and end to Barcelona’s hopes of landing the Italian.
His price tag is also likely to be a massive problem for Bastoni, while Moretto doesn’t seem convinced either that the defender is interested in swapping Milan for Barca.
Bastoni did speak about the speculation at the end of last year and made it pretty clear he is happy at San Siro.
“It makes me proud to see links, it means I’m doing well – but there’s zero, nothing,” he said. “I’m happy here at Inter and I have zero issues or problems here. I don’t even focus on the news.”
