P-Bruins take down Islanders in OT, match franchise-record 12th straight win

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Frederic Brunet scored the game-winning goal in overtime to lead the P-Bruins past the Bridgeport Islanders, tying a franchise record with their 12th straight win.

Forward Fabian Lysell recorded a goal and an assist in the win and Christian Wolanin scored as well. Michael DiPietro stopped 29 shots in the win.

Providence returns to action Friday when they host the Belleville Senators at 7:05 p.m.
