Just moments ago (Fri., Feb. 13, 2026), Heavyweight submission ace Valter Walker stepped onto the canvas versus Zion Clark in the main event grappling match of Karate Combat 59 inside Telemundo Center in Miami, Florida.
How did we get here? It’s simple on paper but strange in reality. Walker has become quite famous for his excellent leg lock attack, which is responsible for four straight heel hook victories in the UFC’s Octagon. As a joke, fans online said he should face legless wrestler and professional MMA fighter Zion Clark next … and Karate Combat made it happen!

He pulled guard and barely defended as Clark spun around to the back … but it’s not like Clark could put hooks in! Before too long, Walker opted to get aggressive. In an instant, he was behind Clark and attacking the neck with a rear naked choke grip. Clark tried to tough it out, but as soon as Walker got under the chin, the fight was over.

Well, that was … something? Who knew a Heavyweight grappler could strangle a legless Flyweight? Thanks to Karate Combat, such pressing questions can be put to bed, and we’ve all gained just a little bit of knowledge. After the win, Walker was emotional and called out his brother Johnny Walker for a KC or UFC showdown, which is almost as weird as what happened on the mats.
