Landmark Estate Agency Services, part of Landmark Information Group, has announced a new partnership with Greenhouse OS, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for estate agents.

Under the agreement, Landmark’s digital Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks will be integrated into the Greenhouse OS system, allowing agents to order and manage compliance checks directly within the CRM. The aim is to reduce administrative workload and support agents in meeting HMRC requirements.

The integration enables agents to complete identity and AML checks electronically, with results stored within the CRM to create an audit trail and track outstanding actions. This removes the need for separate systems and paper-based verification.

Landmark said the partnership builds on its wider programme of CRM integrations delivered through its API, reflecting increased use of embedded compliance tools within agency workflows.

Key features of the integration include:

+ The ability to order AML checks directly from Greenhouse OS

+ Digital verification in place of manual document handling

+ Coverage of sanctions lists, politically exposed persons and regulatory requirements

+ Centralised record-keeping within the CRM system

Ben Robinson, managing director, Landmark Estate Agency Services, said: “Our partnership with Greenhouse OS marks a significant step in simplifying compliance for estate agents. By embedding LandmarkAgent’s AML API directly into day-to-day workflows, we’re giving agents the tools to meet regulatory requirements with confidence while freeing up more time to serve their clients.

“As part of our vision for improving collaboration across the market through LandmarkConnect, this integration is about raising standards, reducing risk, improving efficiency, and creating a more seamless property transaction journey for everyone involved.”

Alex Rhodes, CEO, Greenhouse OS, added: “Our partnership with Landmark Estate Agency Services is another huge leap in offering Greenhouse OS customers additional functionality without having to leave the Greenhouse operating system. Landmark Estate Agency Services offer us a reliable, trustworthy system for streamlining anti-money laundering compliance checks, a high priority for all agents.”
