High-flyer ops manager joins AZ Real Estate

AZ Real Estate has appointed Karina Solomko as Head of Operations, bringing over a decade of international expertise to the firm.

Boutique estate and search agency, AZ Real Estate, has appointed Karina Solomko as its new full time Head of Operations, strengthening the company’s senior leadership team as it continues its expansion across residential services.

Karina brings over 10 years of international experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, specialising in customer success, operational excellence and premium service delivery.

Her background includes roles at major organisations LEGO Group, BMW Group and most recently at high-end wellness brand The Bath House, where she managed operations and led a team of more than 50.

In her role at AZ Real Estate, Karina will oversee operational strategy, client service delivery, internal processes, and team development as the business scales with increased demand from domestic and international buyers and sellers. This includes AZ Alliance, the newly launched UK-wide platform for independent agents.
