Homeland
If you are fresh off bingeing Netflix's #1 global hit The Beast in Me, then Homeland is the perfect follow-up show to dive into on Netflix this week. Starring 3-time Emmy winner Claire Danes, Homeland is a critically acclaimed political thriller that originally aired on Showtime from 2011 to 2020.
Homeland earned a Certfied Fresh Rotten Tomatoes score of 85% for both critics and audiences. It also earned 8 Emmys, including Outstanding Drama Series in 2012. If you loved Danes in The Beast in Me and also enjoy Netflix political series like The Diplomat, add Homeland to the top of your watchlist this week on Netflix.
Selling The OC
Selling the OC has been one of the most talked-about reality shows on Netflix this fall. Its 8-episode fourth season 4 just dropped on November 12, adding to the entire series total of 32 episodes. If you haven't gotten into this one yet but love reality TV, Selling the OC is a great choice this week on Netflix.
Selling the OC is the second expansion series to Netflix's "Selling" reality franchise that began with Selling Sunset. Set in the most luxurious parts of Orange County, California, Selling the OC offers viewers at home some tropical paradise escapism while also delivering plenty of drama between its cast members.
This Is Going To Hurt
The acclaimed 2022 miniseries This Is Going to Hurt was just added to Netflix and is instantly one of the best limited series available on the streaming platform right now. Starring Ben Whishaw, who was recently in Netflix's Black Doves alongside Keira Knightley, this 7-part dark comedy earned a Certfied Fresh 96% Rotten Tomatoes score.
Whishaw plays a junior doctor named Adam Kay in This Is Going to Hurt, whose job in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department consistently brings a lot of chaos. Based on the best-selling book of the same name, This Is Going to Hurt is a brilliant series to binge on Netflix this week.
