Dragons’ Den for property world seeks applicants

Casting is underway for Amazon Prime series in which property development projects are pitched to a panel of angel investors.

Amazon is calling for applications for a property investment show, with participants pitching residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes to angel investors in a Dragons’ Den-style format, with funding decisions made live during filming.

The latest series of Amazon Prime’s Property Elevator, is scheduled to air in autumn 2026. It is filmed at the same studios used for Dragons’ Den and will feature a panel of angel investors who will decide whether to back projects based on commercial viability, delivery capability and execution risk.

The angels include seasoned property investors and experts such as Nicholas Wallwork, Hayley Andrews and John Howard.

New angel, twenty-six-year-old property developer, and former freestyle football star, Liv Cooke says: “Pitching a deal is tough. “Being the youngest angel on the panel gives me a different perspective. I expect anybody pitching to know their figures, move quickly, think clearly and make bold decisions. Property doesn’t reward hesitation, and I’m not afraid to back or challenge deals when the fundamentals are right. I love a bit of calculated risk.”
