Conquest Planning, the artificial intelligence-powered, Canada-based, financial planning platform founded by Mark Evans (creator of Naviplan) has announced Chief Revenue Officer Brad Joudrie as CEO effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Founded in 2018 and launched into the Canadian market in 2020, Conquest first rolled out to American advisors in mid-2022.
In June, the company announced it raised an $80 million Series B funding round, bringing the company’s total funding to over $100 million. It’s $17.8 million Series A was announced in February 2023.
As part of the announced move, Evans will transition into an executive chair position, while in addition to Joudrie’s new role as CEO, he will also join the company’s board of directors.
In his board role, Evans will continue to pursue his passion for product development, focusing on strategic product vision.
Conquest’s AI-based Strategic Advice Manager forms the core of the planning product. The technology helps advisors speed up the calculation of hypothetical outcomes when working with clients on varying planning and what-if scenarios.
Conquest has grown to a dominant financial planning presence in the Canadian market and now serves a majority of Canadian advisors, according to the firm.
Conquest also continues to grow usage among American and U.K. advisors, albeit at a slower pace. Among the many large players using the software are BMO, BNY Pershing, Manulife, Raymond James and RBC.
