The Baltimore Ravens found their franchise tight end when they drafted Mark Andrews with a third-round pick in the 2018 NFL draft.
Andrews, a three-time Pro Bowler, is now wrapping up his eighth professional season with the Baltimore organization. The 30-year-old TE was set to become a free agent at the conclusion of the Ravens' ongoing 2025 season.
The Ravens secured Andrews with a contract extension on Wednesday, signing him on a new three-year deal.
"We have agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension with tight end @Mandrews_81," the team wrote in an announcement on social media.
Andrews' three-year deal is reportedly worth $39.3 million with $26 million guaranteed, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Andrews holds the Ravens franchise records for receptions (473), yards (5,862) and receiving touchdowns (56). He's just one of two tight ends in the NFL to hold a franchise's "triple crown," joining Kansas City's superstar TE Travis Kelce.
"Mark is an all-time Raven -- a top competitor and Pro Bowl tight end who is also a big part of our Baltimore community," Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta said after Andrews' contract announcement.
Through 12 games in his eighth NFL season, Andrews has reeled in 37 catches for 332 yards and five touchdowns. His 27.7 yards per game in 2025 mark the lowest average of his professional career so far.

The Ravens are 6-6 after beginning the 2025 season with a disappointing 1-5 start. Thursday's Thanksgiving Day loss to the Cincinnati Bengals ended a five-game winning streak for Andrews and his Baltimore teammates.
The 6-6 Ravens and the 6-6 Steelers will face off in a Week 14 matchup for sole possession of first place in the AFC North standings. Sunday's matchup between these two division rivals will kickoff at 1 p.m. ET.
