Morgan Stanley analyst Robert Kad raised the firm’s price target on South Bow (SOBO) to C$35 from C$34 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The firm is updating its price targets for North American Midstream & Renewable Energy Infrastructure stocks under its coverage, the analyst tells investors. While the framework agreement for a Canadian crude oil pipeline project and oil sands carbon capture has been finally reached, there are several unknowns that remain, the firm adds.
