Xbox Game Pass has had a pretty nice year. Whether that's from day-one releases of surprise hits like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 or major launches like Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7, there's been some great offerings for subscribers at no additional cost. And now, to close out 2025, Game Pass has multiple freebies to check out.
As you can see over on the official Xbox site (and highlighted by PureXbox), there are a lot of perks to being a Game Pass member. While some day-one releases get the most attention, there's an entire group of freebies that a lot of subscribers may not even know about. December 2025's offerings include numerous perks that are available every month, but it also has several free benefits that will expire in the upcoming weeks. So, if you want to take advantage of all 16 current freebies, you'll want to act fast.

For anyone interested in claiming these benefits, it's pretty easy. You simply need to go to the Xbox Game Pass app and select "My Benefits." Depending on your platform, this can be done from your PC or the console itself. For those wanting to claim in-game items, most of those are done inside the actual game. If you're downloading it for the first time, you will most likely find your bonuses already included there.
Overall, it's a fairly painless process. The freebies being offered up right now are pretty diverse, but many users may have overlooked them since they aren't actual games. Still, it's just one of the many ways Xbox Game Pass is a great deal.
