It has been a very exciting few days for Michigan State athletics.
Michigan State announced on Tuesday that they are launching a new $1 billion initiative dubbed FOR SPARTA to elevate facilities, enhance the student-athlete experience and "secure Michigan State's position as a leader in college athletics." The initiative was formerly announced via a social media post and press release from the school on Tuesday.

Included in the press release were some renderings of the planned enhancements, which includes a "re-imagined Spartan Stadium, including a new East Tower with a diversity of premium seating options and year-round functionality, will provide football fans the best in-game experience in college football."
