Daniel Wiffen and Jack McMillan eased into the men's 400m freestyle final at the European Aquatics Short Course Swimming Championships in Poland.
Wiffen finished fastest across all seven heats in a time of 3:37.04 in his first appearance since the World Championships in August, following his recovery from appendix surgery.

Olympic gold medallist McMillan won his 400m free heat in 3:37:57, the second fastest time across the seven heats.
Wiffen and McMillan will compete in the final at 18:07 (GMT) tonight.
