The new Now You See Me movie recently wrapped up its third full weekend in theaters, and despite the arrival of newer flicks, it has continued its run as a massive box office success story. At the time of writing, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t has grossed $42.6 million at the domestic box office and $109.4 million internationally for a worldwide total of $152 million. This $42 million in America is enough to push Now You See Me 3 past the total domestic haul of The Long Walk, the critically acclaimed Stephen King adaptation that released earlier this year.

While Now You See Me: Now You Don’t hasn't been a critical darling by any means, audiences are enjoying the film enough to come out and see it before it leaves theaters. It currently sits at a lukewarm 61% from critics on the aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes, but an 81% on the audience-driven Popcornmeter. Directed by Ruben Fleischer and with a script from Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, Michael Lesslie, Seth Grahame-Smith, and Eric Warren Singer, the film stars Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, and more. It’s expected to be in theaters for a few more weeks before it arrives on digital.

As for The Long Walk, not only is it the best Stephen King movie of 2025, it’s one of the best movies of the year. With a Certified Fresh 88% from critics and an 85% from audiences, it’s been hailed as an adaptation that may even be better than the source material. There isn’t quite as much established power behind the film, though, as it found its leads in rising stars David Jonsson (Alien: Romulus) and Cooper Hoffman (Licorice Pizza).

When Does 'Now You See Me 3' Begin Streaming?

Lionsgate has yet to announce when Now You See Me: Now You Don’t will begin streaming, or even which platform it will air on upon its streaming debut. Lionsgate’s primary streaming outlet is Starz, where it will likely land when it does begin streaming, but it could also be coming to Netflix or HBO Max sometime after. The first two Now You See Me movies are only available on MovieSphere by Lionsgate. The most likely timeline for Now You See Me 3’s streaming debut is sometime early next year, as it will have a few weeks of VOD exclusivity before it begins streaming.
