The Los Angeles Rams hit the road in Week 13 to take on the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium on Sunday, and Sean McVay's squad was handed a stunning 31-28 loss.
Los Angeles' offensive performance was a rollercoaster ride, as they were able to do what they wanted on some drives, while three others ended in turnovers. The Rams' defense had maybe their worst game of the year.

STUD: WR Davante Adams
Adams continues to be dominant in the red zone, as he finished Sunday with four receptions for 58 yards and two touchdowns. He now has 14 touchdowns on the season, which is the most in the NFL. He's on pace to set a new career-high.
DUD: QB Matthew Stafford
Stafford had his worst game of the season against the Panthers. After breaking the record for most touchdowns in a row without an interception, Stafford threw two interceptions, including one that was returned for a touchdown. He was also strip-sacked on the team's final offensive possession, which could've resulted in a comeback win. Maybe it was the weather, but this loss may fall squarely on Stafford's shoulders.

While the passing game was a mixed bag, Williams and Corum were beasts on the ground. The two combined for 153 yards on a remarkable 7.7 yards per attempt, with each of them finding the end zone once. Williams is now tied for the seventh-most rushing touchdowns in Rams history with Wendell Tyler. That rushing attack will be more important as the season goes on, so it was good to see it working well on Sunday.
DUD: CB Emmanuel Forbes
Forbes had been having a great month before taking on Carolina in Week 13. He was in man coverage for Bryce Young's 33-yard touchdown to second-year wide receiver Jalen Coker to put them up 23-21 and Young's 43-yard touchdown to rookie wideout Tetairoa McMillan to make it 31-28. That's a rough afternoon.

Young (along with Nate Landman) led the defense with eight tackles, and he also recorded one of the team's two sacks on the day. That sack gives him double digits on the year and continues to build on his career high.
DUD: Run defense
Carolina was pounding the rock against Los Angeles' front, and there didn't seem to be anything Chris Shula's unit could do to stop them. Chuba Hubbard and Rico Dowdle combined for 141 yards on 4.0 yards per attempt, which isn't mind-blowing, but considering they were content giving them the ball 35 times, it became infuriating.
