Ulster champions Moneyglass produced a superb semi-final display as they beat Kilmacud Crokes 1-12 to 1-10 to book their place in their first All-Ireland LGFA Senior Club final.

Cathy Carey and Maria O'Neill starred for the St Ergnat's club, who become the first side from Antrim to make it to a top-tier ladies football national club final.

They will face the holders Kilkerrin-Clonberne in the decider on Saturday, 13 December at Croke Park.

The four-in-a-row All-Ireland champions saw off Comeragh Rangers 1-11 to 0-3 in Sunday's other last four encounter.

Moneyglass fight back to reach decider

Moneyglass, who become Antrim's first Ulster senior winners last month, trailed 1-5 to 0-6 at half-time in Pairc de Burca after a competitive first half.

The influential Carey and O'Neill cancelled out early scores from Eabha Rutledge and Niamh Cotter for the Leinster champions.

Kilmacud, who were losing All-Ireland finalists last year, went ahead again through two points from Michelle Davoren and another from Cotter, but they were again pegged back by two efforts from O'Neill and one from Carey.

The first goal of the game then arrived on 26 minutes as Michelle Davoren palmed into the Moneyglass net, with a Carey free leaving Maxi Curran's side two behind at the break.

Cotter and Carey exchanged early points in the second half, before two successive efforts from Carey and one from Eleanor Mallon had the Ulster champions level.

Moneyglass then turned the screw and edged ahead for the first time in the game on 47 minutes with Carey pointing again and O'Neill firing home a goal.

Three points in a row from Cotter reduced the deficit to a single score between the teams with seven minutes of injury-time to play, but a late score from substitute JoJo Darragh made sure of the stunning win for Moneyglass.
