The Jets have a better chance to win this one than they did if Drae London was playing.

It's always tough to say that a team in the NFL wants to lose games, and considering what the New York Jets have shown throughout the year, it'd be unfair to suggest that's what they want to do.

Ultimately, the Jets have played some decent football over the past few weeks, and certainly aren't going out there trying to lose.

On the flip side, many fans might prefer the Jets to lose to ensure they get a better pick to select the quarterback they want for the future.

If the Jets are going to win some games in the back half of the year, it could come over the next few weeks, as they'll take on the Atlanta Falcons, Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars, and New Orleans Saints over the next four weeks.

That starts on Sunday against the Falcons.

Regarding the game against the Falcons, Atlanta has been rather below average in the 2025 NFL season, and according to the latest from Marc Raimondi of ESPN, they'll also be without one of their top wide players, Drake London.

“Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London will be out Sunday against the New York Jets, as expected. London has been dealing with a PCL strain in his left knee since coming out of an overtime loss to the Carolina Panthers in Week 11. He missed last week's game, a win over the New Orleans Saints. The Falcons still hope to get him back before the end of the season.,” he wrote.

Not having London in this game will be a big help for the Jets, as there's an argument to be made that he's among the top 10 wide receivers in the NFL.

New York has a real chance to win this game at home, so if fans want them to win, hopefully that'll be what happens.
