Chelsea vs. Arsenal, Premier League: Confirmed lineups; how to watch

It’s the day we’ve been all looking forward to.

Both Chelsea and Arsenal have had great starts to the 2025-26 season, with the latter losing a single match since the beginning of August. They also arrive with impressive continental results, with the Blues beating Barcelona 3-0 at home and Arsenal doing likewise against Bayern, 3-1, midweek.

There’s always the chance of sharing the spoils in a drab draw. But this is not the “essence” of either side thus far this year. For neutrals this should be a fun affair at the very least. For us Chelsea fans, it better be a statement to the current league leaders and the rest of the competition.
