Kaizer Chiefs played to a one-all draw with Egyptian giants Zamalek SC in their CAF Confederation Cup clash at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday.

The North Africans broke the deadlock through Seifeddine Jaziri three minutes from the first whistle, to give the visitors an early lead.

Though the home side was not creating clear-cut goal scoring opportunities, they managed to find an late equalizer via an own goal from Mohamed Sobhi.

Chiefs sit in third place with one point in Group D after suffering a defeat in the group stage opener and drawing against the five-time Champions League and two-time Confed Cup winners.

Meanwhile , the White Knights, are in second placed behind their compatriots Al Masry SC, who top the group after beating Zesco United of Zambia on Friday.
