This is an insanely good deal because both Amazon and HyperX are selling the standalone QuadCast 2 S for $129.99. That means even if you don't want the keycaps that come with the bundle, you're still getting the microphone for $20 less than the next best deal. Furthermore, it's actually $30 cheaper than the $139.99 it's listed for at Best Buy.

The HyperX QuadCast 2 S condenser mic is a no-brainer for streaming and casual Discord conversations with friends (or not-so-casual comms with teammates). You don't have to worry about any annoying setup here, as it's just plug and play. I use the first-gen QuadCast S almost every day, which has the same tap-to-mute function, and I can't recommend it enough for the convenience alone. You also get a super handy knob to control gain front and center on the QuadCast 2 S. Plus, if you're looking to add some RGB flair to your setup, this mic is fully customizable in HyperX Ngenuity.

On top of that, you're getting a set of texturized rubber keycaps to give your keyboard a functional makeover.

If you're thinking about taking up streaming or you just want something to sound nice while you game with your friends, the HyperX QuadCast 2 S is the perfect fit.

I used a Blue Yeti for about 6 years, and while I loved it, I couldn't stand the mute button. It would only work half the time, which would cause me to sit and stare at the light, waiting for it to blink.

The tap-to-mute function on the QuadCast microphones completely fixed that issue for me. All you do is (lightly) smack the top of the mic, and the customizable RGB that wraps around the circumference of the mic will turn off, indicating that you're no longer on the air.

I'm not entirely sure why HyperX is giving this mic away for $20 cheaper in a bundle than just the standalone mic, which is also on sale for Black Friday at $130 (was $199.99), but hey, I'm not complaining. I'll take the extra savings.
