Some games are more costly than others. The Philadelphia Eagles' loss vs. the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington only counts as one, but it felt like losing three times. The Birds lost on the scoreboard. They lost starters to injury. Confidence in what the Eagles were doing was lost.

Reed Blankenship left the contest but will be back for the Black Friday game. Adoree' Jackson is in concussion protocol. Andrew Mukuba heads to the injured reserve.

Vic Fangio has a lot to think about with his secondary, but a familiar face is back in the spotlight again. Sydney Brown is set to make another start. This is his second start of the season and the seventh of his career. He didn't mince any words with a vast game approaching. He owns a nice blend of humility and swagger.

"I think as long as the team's winning, I just own my role for what it is and you know the situation that happened this past weekend just kind of fell in my favor and I'm ready you know I feel like I've been ready since camp, I think I've been since you know I got here, just had a couple of setbacks in the past, it's been something to work back from but no I think I've been ready to go since I came here so."

So far in his career, he has racked up 69 tackles. He has forced two fumbles. He has broken up five passes to go along with a 99-yard pick-six interception.
