Ravens vs. Bengals: Instant analysis of Baltimore's 32-14 loss

NFL seasons are a marathon and not a sprint. John Harbaugh's team will have to look in the mirror and regroup after an embarrassing 32-14 loss to the Bengals at M&T Bank Stadium on Thanksgiving night. Baltimore (6-6) turned the football over five times, with quarterback Lamar Jackson on the hook for three turnovers in one of his worst performances as a starter.

Joe Burrow threw two touchdown passes in his return to the lineup, and kicker Evan McPherson nailed six field goals on the evening to improve Cincinnati to 4-8 with a game against the Ravens in two weeks.

McPherson will undoubtedly be the AFC Special Teams player of the Week after nailing six field goals on the night, including one from 52 yards.

Lamar Jackson had three turnovers.

The five turnovers are more than the Ravens had combined in their five-game winning streak. Jackson was 17 of 32 for 246 yards passing, no touchdowns, and a 65.4 QB rating.

Keaton Mitchell

With Justice Hill out, Mitchell had two carries for 19 yards and a touchdown and two catches for 12 yards.

Chase had seven catches for 110 yards on 14 targets, continuing his reign of terror on the Ravens' secondary.

Burrow went 24 for 46 for 261 yards and two second-half touchdowns, giving his team a much-needed lift.

Ravens defensive collapse

The Ravens give up a 29-yard TD pass to Andrei Iosivas, and Thursday marked the first time Baltimore has allowed over 20 points since Oct. 5. Ravens trail, 26-14, with 15 seconds left in the third quarter.

At one point, the Bengals were 5-for-5 on third down in the second half, and they finished 8-for-19. The Bengals had 382 total yards and held the football for 38:46.
