The Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars face off in their first of two meetings this season. They'll kick off at 12:00 p.m. CST from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.

This matchup provides a unique opportunity for the Titans. The Jaguars have had an erratic season with wins over tough teams as well as blowout losses. Their point differential is low, meaning the games they've won have been by a small margin. Given what we saw from the Titans and Cam Ward last week, there's a glimmer of hope for Tennessee to break its losing streak.

That doesn't mean it's going to be a cakewalk, though. The Titans still have plenty to work on and not a lot to work with offensively.

Here are three causes for concern for the Titans in this Week 13 matchup.

Offensive line injuries

The offensive line was already shaky enough, allowing Cam Ward to be sacked a league-leading 45 times through 12 weeks. Last week, left tackle Dan Moore Jr. left the game with a knee injury and remains questionable as of this writing. In his place, Olisaemeka Udoh and rookie Brandon Crenshaw Dickson were called on to plug the hole. Moore hasn't had the best season, but he's a better option than the other two.

On top of that, Lloyd Cushenberry is sidelined with a foot injury and also questionable for this week's game, leaving Corey Levin to snap the ball to Ward. The offensive line has had little continuity this season due to injury, and it takes a toll on the offense.

One of the other impacts of a shoddy offensive line is the lack of a run game. The Titans rank near the bottom of the league in rushing efficiency, with the lowest rushing success rate in the NFL (31.6%). Jacksonville's defense allows the fewest rushing yards per game in the league, which could force the Titans into a one-dimensional passing attack.

Secondary depth

This will continue to be a concern for a while. The secondary was already dealing with depth problems after losing L'Jarius Sneed to injury and trading away Roger McCreary and Jarvis Brownlee Jr. Now, safety Xavier Woods has missed time with a hamstring injury, and Kendell Brooks is in concussion protocol. Both players are questionable this week, which weakens the Titans' ability to defend Trevor Lawrence. Despite his turnover issues, Lawrence threw for 256 yards and three touchdowns last week.

Six-game losing streak

The Titans are on a six-game losing streak and are 1-10 overall. They've covered the spread in recent weeks, but the psychological toll of constantly losing has already gotten under the skin of Jeffery Simmons and others. It's a heavy feeling to carry around, the weight of constantly losing, no matter how hard you try or how well you perform. It's not an easy thing to overcome, but the Titans will have to find a way if they want to get a win this week, especially against a division rival.
