Zoopla has renewed its contract with major housebuilder Persimmon Homes for three years.
The firm will continue to list all its developments on the portal after a 46% increase in new home buyer leads over H2 2025 compared to the prior year.
Invested heavilyZoopla says it has “invested heavily to unlock greater performance for the new homes industry over the last year”, and Persimmon has benefited from this.
It says there has been “improved visibility of new homes across the Zoopla website” and “promotion of the benefits of new-build properties to consumers, and the introduction of features such as search by developer”.
Persimmon will also use Zoopla’s audience targeting products to boost brand awareness among buyers looking for their next home.
This includes Gateway Ads, with Persimmon’s branded adverts viewed 63 million times by visitors to the Zoopla website in 2025.
Agency dealsLast month, large southern-based agency Andrews Property Group signed a new three-year deal with Zoopla for its 40 branches.
And that move came after news that Connells and its 86 agency brands had penned a contract with the portal for five years.
We’re delighted to extend our long-standing partnership.”
